Md. Golam Dastagir Jony, CEO and Founder of Brainyard Academy of Smart Skills (BASS), is a rising entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship and a decade of involvement in Toastmasters. With an MBA in marketing and a Bachelor’s in Communication Engineering, he’s also the Director of Operations at Sthananko, an architectural and construction firm in Chittagong, and a co-founder of O2 mart. Additionally, he serves as an adjunct faculty of soft skills at Chittagong Independent University and holds esteemed certifications like the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) from Toastmasters International. Dastagir’s expertise includes public speaking, leadership, emotional intelligence, and professional networking, which he leverages in his specialized training for corporations and educational institutions. In Toastmasters International, he currently serves as District Administration Manager.

Meet Our Trainer

Nusrat Huda, a dynamic organizational leader and charismatic soft skills trainer, serves as the Director of Training & Development and is one of the founders of Brainyard Academy of Smart Skills. Holding an MBA in Finance, she boasts over a decade of teaching experience in Bangladesh. Additionally, she holds the position of Instructor of Public Speaking and Presentation Skills at the Asian University for Women. As a soft skills trainer, she has conducted numerous training sessions for corporations and educational institutions in Bangladesh. Ms. Huda currently serves as the District Chief Judge in Toastmasters International, a prominent non-profit leadership organization, where she has been a member since 2014. She has earned various soft skills certifications from Toastmasters International and garnered several accolades in both national and international public speaking competitions. Notably, she is the first and only female Distinguished Toastmaster from Bangladesh, a testament to her exceptional achievements. Raised in the Middle East, Nusrat Huda has gained valuable work experience and exposure in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
